Miracle! I get hardcore cystic acne, the kind that lasts for months on my face. Sometimes they won't really form a head. They are just deep, painful, red zits. They will act like they are going to heal and then flare up again. My dermatologist told me that the skin deep down can become damaged, and that I might have to have them cut out, which would create a scar. However, this thing gets rid of them! My favorite attachment is the "bend tube" which really helps a lot with blemishes, acne etc. I use mushroom tubes most often for my face and it helps with redness (I have rosacea). I have PCOS, I have really bad acne (started which out 2 years ago) and I honestly feel ugly at times and embarrassed to be out in public.
