Is this Site Secure?
At Toppeed.com, we aim to provide a secure shopping experience for our customers. Any personal information given to Toppeed.com will be protected. How To Place Order?
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order, do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and selecting a payment method for the goods. Please note to fill in your shipping address & your phone number (required), these will smoothen the delivery process. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. Note that an additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.
When Will My Order Be Processed?
Once an order has been placed and the payment has been collected and verified, our fulfillment center will accept and begin processing the order almost immediately. If your order status shows as "Processing" your order is being processed and will be shipped as soon as possible (usually the next day). Please note that we don't ship on Sundays.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
How Long Will It Takes To Receive My Order?
We partner with merchants and artisans from around the world to offer you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from regions of the world such as Thailand, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS.
After your order is processed, our fulfillment center will ship it as soon as possible (usually the next day). As we ship directly from our distribution hub in these countries, your item may take 1 to 3 weeks to arrive for delivery in the United States, and an additional 1 week for international orders (depending on location).
Do not panic if it does not arrive immediately, it is on its way. Please contact us, our support team will be glad to assist you in tracking.
My Parcel Arrived But I'm Missing One of My Items!
Don't worry! This is normal and your remaining items are on their way. Here at Toppeed.com, we carry products that might ship from different warehouses and locations to fulfill your entire order. If you've ordered multiple products it is likely your items will arrive within a few days of each other. You may have received multiple tracking numbers. Please be sure to check the status of each delivery for more information! Don't forget that you can contact us and our customer service team will be happy to help you!
Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
What If I Need To Return An Item?
No worries! Contact us right away within 30 days of your order purchasing and we will assist and guide you throughout the process.
NOTE: To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our support team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. For a list of final sale items, please see our Returns Policy. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.
Will Shipping Be Covered For My Returns?
Please note that all return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What If The Item I Received Has Defective/ Incorrect/ Missing?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received incorrect merchandise, missing, and/or defective.
NOTE: Please include your order number, photographs of the item, and all related references upon receiving your package, email us at toppeedsale@gmail.com. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
How Long Is The Return Process?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
